Strength + Balance

Why: Strong muscles and steady balance are the foundation for independence, confidence, and fall prevention.
What: This class combines targeted unilateral strength training with balance challenges designed to improve posture, stability, and everyday function.

Balance Foundations

Why: Balance is a skill you can train—and practicing the basics builds stability for everything else.
What: A class focused on the fundamentals of balance and coordination. Perfect for anyone interested in moving at a steadier pace, you'll practice simple drills that translate directly into everyday life.

Strength + Balance Intervals

Why: Because strength and balance don't just need to be built—they need to hold up when you're a little tired, a little challenged, and moving through real life. This class blends strength and stability in a way that improves coordination, builds confidence, and helps your body stay strong and steady under pressure.
What: A dynamic, full-body workout that pairs strength exercises with balance-focused movements. Expect a mix of controlled strength work, single-leg stability, and core engagement—all designed to improve how you move, not just how much you lift. It's challenging, energizing, and leaves you feeling strong, steady, and capable.

Cardio Groove + Tone

Why: Regular cardiovascular exercise supports heart health, endurance, coordination, and overall vitality—helping you stay active and energetic for the activities you love.
What: Move, groove, and have fun while getting your heart pumping. This upbeat class combines easy-to-follow dance-inspired movement, light weights, and great music for a workout that improves endurance, coordination, and energy. No experience necessary! Enjoy the party.

Cardio Endurance

Why: To improve cardiovascular endurance while strengthening the muscles that support everyday movement.
What: A continuous, low-impact workout designed to keep you moving while lightly strengthening the entire body. Using light dumbbells and resistance bands, we combine cardio intervals with simple strength movements for the arms, legs, and core. The result is a fun, energizing class that improves stamina, builds muscular endurance, and leaves you feeling strong and refreshed.

Pure Strength

Why: Building muscle and bone density is essential for staying strong, capable, and independent with age.
What: A back-to-basics lifting class with a focus on heavier weights, slower tempos, and proper form. You'll safely challenge yourself while developing strength across major movement patterns.

Strength Foundations

Why: Everyone benefits from mastering the basics—strong technique sets the stage for safe progress.
What: A supportive class combining both the key strength moves you'll use across our programs as well as targeted mobility and core exercises. With lighter weights and guided coaching, you'll gain confidence while still getting a full-body workout.

Cardio + Core Sculpt

Why: A strong core supports better posture, balance, and everyday movement. By combining heart-healthy cardio with targeted core and sculpting exercises, you'll build stamina, move with greater confidence, and feel stronger in everything you do.
What: Keep moving, elevate your heart rate, and strengthen from the inside out. This energizing class combines low-impact cardio, functional core training, and light resistance work to improve endurance, stamina, and total-body challenge.

Strength Endurance

Why: Life doesn't happen in short sets—muscles need stamina to keep up with your day.
What: With longer sets, higher reps, and minimal rest, this full-body class trains your ability to stay strong for the long haul while boosting cardiovascular fitness.

Gentle Yoga + Meditation

Why: Slowing down and connecting with our breathing and bodies is just as important as building strength.
What: A gentle Yoga class focused on improving flexibility while practicing breathwork and mindfulness. Accessible to beginners and veterans alike.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Why: Improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and calm the nervous system so you can feel better in your workouts and everyday life.
What: This class focuses on smooth, continuous movement paired with intentional breathing. Flow through accessible poses designed to improve flexibility, joint health, and balance. Leave looser, more relaxed, and recharged for the weekend!

Strength + Cardio Circuit

Why: Combining strength and cardio builds the most well-rounded fitness in one class.
What: This circuit-style workout pairs muscle-building strength moves with energizing cardio intervals. You'll leave feeling both stronger and more resilient.

Restore + Core
